This painting presents an abstract composition in which a dark vertical form, resembling a tree trunk, stands out as it rises from the bottom to open into an irregular crown. The central figure, marked by blacks, browns, and whites, seems to ascend toward the sky and organizes the surrounding space. At the top, small yellow and light shapes scatter among the branches, like illuminated leaves or flashes of light. Although the motif recalls a tree, its fragmented outlines keep the image open to other interpretations. The background is dominated by a wide range of blues, from deep, almost nocturnal tones to pale, bright hues. The different zones overlap in irregular planes, creating a sense of depth and movement. On one side of the trunk, the light areas seem to open a distant space; in other parts, dark blotches accumulate and give more weight to the composition.
