Empire Penantkast met Rolluikfront - Bronzen Kariatiden...

Impressive Dutch Empire-style dresser with two drawers and roller doors, flanked by protruding side columns with beautiful gilded bronze caryatids. The drawer has a lock and a well-working key and attractive round drawer pulls. There is a shelf available. A beautiful and functional piece of furniture from the Empire period, circa 1810, with clear references to classical antiquity. What is special is one of the hidden drawers, which is located in the front plinth. This can easily be blocked on the inside with a slider, as seen in the photos. We recommend you view the photos carefully so you can fully appreciate the condition and the distinctive variety of this fine object. You can also use the zoom function on the photos, so you can inspect the object thoroughly to your satisfaction. Questions? ..auctioneer)
