This charming twist ring features a collection of diamonds and sapphire on display. A pair of 0.10 carat old cut diamonds and two matching sapphires are each rub over set in platinum. The diamonds range in colour from H to I and match in clarity at SI. The piece is completed elegantly curving band of 18 carat yellow gold.
