The Host Artist: original work by the artist E. Pérez Lezcano Technique: Acrylic technique on canvas Dimensions: 70x100 cm Presentation: The work is shipped unstretched, carefully packaged in a rigid cardboard tube for maximum protection. COA: Includes a handwritten authentication certificate signed by the artist. The Host In The Host, the male figure appears as the center of a scene built around the gesture of receiving, serving, and sharing. Seated at a table with glasses, containers, and a bottle in hand, the character assumes a serene and ceremonial presence, as if presiding over a gathering paused in time. The composition is organized through fragmented planes that integrate the body, the table, and the objects into a single visual architecture. The vertical lines reinforce the figure’s stability, while diagonals and angular forms introduce tension and movement. The table acts as the nucleus of the scene, gathering the different elements and establishing a direct connection between the host and the viewer. The color combines turquoises, blacks, grays, and light tones with warm accents of orange, red, and yellow. This chromatic opposition adds depth and directs the gaze toward the glasses, the bottle, and the hands, elements that condense the artwork’s main action. The large blue planes in the background balance the geometric density and create an enveloping atmosphere. The brushwork is visible and expressive, with firm strokes that delineate the forms and freer areas where color preserves its texture. The Host turns a daily scene into an image of presence, hospitality, and encounter, where the figure not only occupies space but seems to offer it. Shipping: All works are shipped in highly secure packaging, using a professional-quality rigid cardboard tube, specially designed to protect the artwork during transport. This method ensures the piece arrives intact, with no creases or damage, regardless of distance or destination country. The shipment includes a tracking number for full transparency in the process. Certificate of Authenticity: Each work is delivered with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist, detailing the title of the work, technique used, dimensions, year of creation, and other relevant details. This certificate guarantees that the piece is an original, unique, and exclusive artwork, protected by intellectual property rights, and that it wholly belongs to the artist’s artistic corpus. It is a valid document for collectors, galleries, auctions, and future appraisals.
