Ducati - 996R - #429/500 - 2001

Ducati 996R - No. 429 of 500 units - only 4,360 km - 1st owner - Model 2001 We also have here a unique collectible piece. A Ducati 996R No. 429; it has only 4,360 km on the clock and is in excellent collectible condition. It comes directly from the first Ducati collector’s owner, where it has spent the last 25 years. This bike has seen no rain, only the finest sunshine; it couldn’t be any better. It is not a race-track bike, but a pure collector’s vehicle. Of this sought-after special model of the Ducati Tamburini generation, worldwide only 500 units were produced with a fork bridge plaque. There are very few opportunities left to acquire such a beautiful 996R specimen with such low mileage. The lower the mileage, the more sought-after the bike! We have the frame, VIN, and engine numbers checked; it has matching numbers. As seen in the Ducati computer excerpt, see the photo. At the buyer’s request, we can apply for a COC data sheet for the model from Ducati. Since this vehicle is a homologation model with an E-number. The vehicle still has the old German vehicle registration booklet and registration certificate, see photos. It is accident-free and a pure collector’s vehicle in original condition. A value investment for any connoisseur, as this model has steadily increased in price in recent years. This dream bike could crown your collection as well. The bike runs fantastically and the engine is top. It wears a very nice and expensive 48-tooth anti-hopping clutch as a treat ;-) It’s just hiding behind the carbon clutch cover for now. The original, first-delivery parts are all included: 996R original user manual + other red books, see photos 996R original service book 996R original 2 keys 996R original Termignoni carbon racing exhaust 996R original Termignoni racing control unit 996R original rear stand 996R original brake and clutch levers (installed are rare CNC milled Ducati Performance levers.) 996R original engine breather (installed is a CNC gold version) 996R original clutch slave cylinder (installed is a smoother CNC version) 996R original pair of intake rubber grommets for the RamAir ducts (996 red cover in poor condition with holes... as per age.) (If you wonder whether this model originally came with a red case and data plaque, we can confirm 100% that NO, only the first 100 online sales of 996R had a red case with data plaque.) We can guarantee this because we specialize in 916, 996, 998 special models. Service work has all been redone, including new tires. We can record and stamp the new service in the service book upon the buyer’s request.
