An elegant matching pair of neoclassical-style brass vases, combining a deep green finish with gold-coloured classical relief decoration. Draped female figures and a winged Cupid-like figure adorn the bodies, bringing movement and detail to their sculptural forms. Ornate animal-head handles incorporate fruit, rosettes and curling scrolls. Slender necks rise to scalloped, flared mouths, while tapered bodies rest on circular pedestal feet accented with decorative foliage bands.
