Decorative ornament - Wall hook

This object is a beautiful example of a classic brass wall bracket in the shape of a bird (such as a stylized peacock or rooster), designed to hang oil lamps, diyas, lanterns, or flower pots. Although the motif contains geometric and swooping elements, the organic design and use of scrolls strongly lean toward the Art Nouveau (Jugendstil) period, combined with traditional Indian artisanal styles. This lot is well packed, shipped with track and trace.
