Todas las subastas / Varios / Decorative ornament (2) - Fan - Europe - Large wooden wall decoration
Pair of large wooden wall ornaments in a fan-/palmette shape – 65 cm Description Decorative pair of large wooden wall ornaments, fully constructed from individual wooden slats. The elegant spreading form evokes a stylized palmette or fan and is finished at the bottom with a beautifully carved ornament. The ornaments are finished in a soft crème-white tint with a deliberately aged, worn patina, making the wood along the ribs nicely visible. Due to their substantial size, they are striking interior pieces that fit well in a classic, country, French, or eclectic interior. With mounting hardware on the back. Both pieces are in decorative used condition with normal signs of aging and wear, appropriate to their look. Dimensions per piece: approximately 65 cm high × 30 cm wide. Material: wood. Period: probably second half of the 20th century.
