Todas las subastas / Varios / de Porceleyne Fles (Royal Delft) - Censer - Wierookbrander
For sale: a very rare and museum-grade incense burner in the shape of a historic Dutch gable house, produced by De Porceleyne Fles (Royal Delft). The object features the hand-painted façade text "IN DE ROOKENDE MOOR." with a double 'o'. This item is an absolute rarity for the serious collector, thanks to its exceptional condition and completeness: Manufacturer: De Porceleyne Fles (Royal Delft). Year code: O (1893). Painter's signature: W. van Baarsel, employed at De Porceleyne Fles from 1891-1945. Completeness: Fully complete including the original, loose base/burner. Both parts bear the correct, matching factory markings. Condition: 100% undamaged. No restorations, chips or hairlines (only the age-typical fine glaze craquelure).
