Exceptional curatorial lot featuring authentic, rare luxury fashion archives from the golden age of French haute couture and illustration, dating from the late 19th century to the Art Deco era (circa 1880-1920).The Collection Includes 3 Major Pieces:1. 'Les Élégances Parisiennes' Series (8 Plates / 13 Painted Faces): Includes 1 magnificent large double-page plate (recto/verso painted), 4 double-sided plates (recto fashion silhouettes / verso accessories & hats), and 3 single-sided plates featuring premium textile manufacturers like Rodier. All pieces are meticulously hand-colored using the artisan pochoir (stencil) technique, offering a perfectly smooth feel to the touch.2. 'E. Bilbille' Trend Portfolio (Pochette): A highly sought-after avant-garde fashion design and textile pattern portfolio by E. Bilbille Paris, used internally by historical fashion creators.3. 'Daydou Fils' Fashion Poster (Affiche): A rare, large-format historical fashion print/poster from the famous Daydou house in Paris.Technique & Master Craftsmanship: True museum-quality hand-colored artwork using the legendary artisan pochoir technique. Every single color layer was applied manually by workshop colorists using round brushes and fluid pigments over fine printed lithographic lines. The colors are deeply integrated into the premium thick art paper, showing beautiful authentic brush overflows and manual alignments upon close inspection.Condition: Good, genuine workshop condition for their age. The paper remains strong, and the colors are extraordinarily bright and fresh. Minor edge wear, original studio handling marks, or vintage technical annotations are present on the outer white margins, which can easily be hidden once mounted under a standard frame mat.Shipping: Fast worldwide shipping.
