Cruet set - Oil and vinegar set (cruet set): cobalt glass...

il and Vinegar Set: Cobalt Glass Vessels on a Silver-Plated Stand An elegant and highly decorative table set for oil and vinegar (of French or European origin). This magnificent set comprises two identical vessels made of blown glass in a rich cobalt-blue hue; they feature graceful, hand-shaped spouts and glass handles curled into volute shapes. One of the vessels retains its original clear glass stopper, shaped like a flame. The vessels sit perfectly on an ornate silver-plated stand (or one made of European silver). The piece is distinguished by its meticulous detailing: an openwork pierced rim, a central baluster-shaped carrying handle with a stylized finial, and four exquisite feet crafted as graceful scrolls. An exceptional item that will add a touch of timeless European elegance to any collection or grace a dining table. The photographs are part of the description. The item will be securely packed before shipping.
