Credenza - Austrian Art Deco sideboard from the 1930s in walnut burl veneer

Splendid Austrian cabinet from the 1930s, characterized by an elegant structure with soft and geometric lines, typical of Austrian Art Deco / Wiener Moderne. The piece features a spectacular veneer of Walnut burl, particularly rich and decorative, with a naturally dynamic grain and a refined, almost mirror-like composition on the doors. The warm tone of the wood and the finish further enhance its depth and shading. The cabinet consists of two large front doors with a central decorative lock and has internal shelves, offering good storage capacity as well. Very characteristic is the raised base with a shaped plinth and a central opening, an element that contributes to the strong personality of the furniture. A piece with great visual impact, ideal both in a classical setting and in a contemporary context where it can create a refined contrast between antique and modern. The furniture has been polished, shows normal signs of wear due to age and use. The lock is decorative.
