One of the early etchings by Cobra painter Guillaume Corneille, created at age 21: a landscape of Haarlem, the town where his parents have lived since 1938, which he joined in 1939 after an initial schooling in Liège, Belgium. Historic piece with Atelier Corneille stamp on the back, doubly signed on the right, and titled at the bottom left.
