Todas las subastas / Varios / Coffee service - Antique Royal Albert Crown China Coffee...
The set features the scarce and intricate "Devon Black / Lovain" Imari-style pattern (Design No. 3961), produced primarily between 1927 and 1935. The ornate design showcases deep cobalt-black panels, vibrant rust-red/orange swags, and delicate emerald-green and golden-yellow floral motifs accented with lavish hand-applied gold gilding. Notably, the backstamps feature a rare retail mark: "Lawleys of Regent St. incorporating Phillips's of Bond St. Estd 1760". One cup has been restored . This confirms the set was retailed through one of London's most prestigious luxury glassware and china department stores during the late 1920s or early 1930s.
