Elegant vintage ring in Mid-Century style, presumably American-made and datable to the 1950s–60s. The jewel features a large central oval cabochon-cut stone, with a milky, semi-translucent appearance, presumably moonstone. The stone is set in an elevated position within an open architectural setting, with clean, geometric lines, typical of American jewelry from the mid-20th century. On either side of the central stone are two small rectangular blue sapphires, symmetrically set into the ring’s shoulders. The setting is in white metal, presumably white gold. The metal’s fineness has not been professionally verified. There is a small mark engraved on the mounting structure, visible in the photographs. The mark appears compatible with a maker’s mark or assay mark, but it is not legible enough at the moment to allow a definite attribution to a specific manufacturer.
