China Peking Aubusson - Carpet - 200 cm - 140 cm

We present a beautiful Beijing rug, Aubusson-inspired, made between 1970 and 1980. Its elegant composition combines a powder-pink background with a wide border in cream tones, decorated with roses, leaves and ornamental motifs. In the center stands a refined floral medallion that provides balance and character to the whole. It is woven in wool on cotton using the manual tufting technique. The pile is fixed on the reverse with a special compound and protected by a textile lining, which preserves its function and stability. The rug is in exceptional condition, practically like new and with minimal use, as it has only been placed on the floor twice. It is clean and ready to use. * Origin: Beijing, China * Style: Aubusson floral * Era: 1970-1980 * Technique: manual tufting * Material: wool on cotton * Back: fixing compound and protective textile lining * Dimensions: 200 × 140 cm * Main color: powder pink * Condition: perfect, practically like new All of our pieces include an individual authenticity certificate with detailed information about their origin, age, materials and measurements.
