Exceptional Soviet Fantasy Crown with a Russian Connection CHINA. Fantasy "Lenin" Silver Dollar, "1931" (in characters) (ca. 1940s). NGC AU-55. K-B73; KMX-850; WS-1349-32. Closely resembling the ever-popular communist issue thought to be featuring the bust of Vladimir Lenin, this fantasy offers the chance at a much more affordable example of the type, given that official issues are nearly impossible to encounter. Deeply toned an enticing gunmetal gray, with golden hints sprinkled about and just the slightest degree of gentle wear across the higher points. Estimate: $10,000 - $15,000.
