CHINA, East India Company - Qianlong Period (1736–1795) Rectangular, beveled-sided soup tureen on a footed stand with its porcelain display stand, decorated in blue underglaze with pavilions set against lake landscapes. The lid handle is shaped like a pomegranate; the lid is decorated with four flower branches. The handles are shaped like animal heads. (Small firing crack on the inside). Soup tureen: 34 cm; Display stand: 39.5 cm
