The English ceramic figurine depicts a seated woman in a purple shawl, white lustrous apron, and striped dress, holding a large bunch of polychrome balloons. The underside of the octagonal base features hand-painted blue marks reading 1922 and CHELSEA. A circular black and white label with a stylized W, for Whitley's Auctioneers, is also present on the underside. Dimensions: 5.25"W x 8.5"H Weight: 12 oz. Condition Request Condition Report Good
