Depicting a female flower seller carrying two baskets filled with multicolored tulips while holding an infant wrapped in purple cloth. The figure is modeled wearing a black wide-brimmed hat, yellow blouse, and a cream-colored skirt decorated with a small floral pattern. A deep blue shawl with a fringed border is draped across her shoulders. The underside of the base features a hand-painted blue monogram consisting of a central V with a horizontal bar intersected by a smaller C, flanked by the numerals 19 and 21.
