Attention before purchase All of our Murano glass products are vintage, rewired, cleaned, and restored where necessary. Being antique pieces, some elements may show slight chipping, micro-scratches, or small imperfections due to age and use. These marks are normal and do not compromise either the functionality or the overall aesthetics of the object. Not all imperfections or differences between pieces are visible in photos, as often they are light details or almost imperceptible. In some cases, when the restoration is more extensive (for example wood plates replacement, non-standard lamp holder, or discolored rosettes), components will be regenerated or replaced before shipment. For this reason there may be differences compared to the published photos. The product will be delivered fully refurbished and ready to be assembled by the customer. ⸻ Shipping Each item is carefully cleaned, wrapped in protective film to prevent scratches or dust buildup, and packed with the utmost care to prevent damage during transport. The Murano glass products are always shipped inside a sturdy wooden crate, essential to preserve their integrity, but which may influence shipping costs. Shipping times are generally fast; however, being fragile items that require careful packaging and, in some cases, further restoration work, preparation may take longer than expected. ⸻ Support After purchase, our team will guide the customer step by step, providing detailed photos of the product and packaging. The courier tracking code will also be sent to monitor the shipment in real time and ensure a safe and transparent shopping experience. ⸻ Important note The product will be delivered without bulbs and fully disassembled. Even the wiring will need to be completed, but we will provide all the necessary components for mounting. It will be the buyer's responsibility to perform the assembly, preferably through a qualified electrician, or by following our instructions (provided on request). The instructions will be generic and refer to a similar Murano glass model, but not identical to the one purchased.
