Centre table (2) - Wood

Pair of guéridon-style tables in Empire / Biedermeier style – 19th century Elegant pair of Empire-Biedermeier taste side tables, characterized by a refined balance between form and chromatic contrast. The circular tops in precious wood, finely mirror-polished and hand-lacquered, rest on three turned ebonized columns (black lacquered) that impart lift and sobriety to the composition. The concave tripod base in solid wood, handcrafted, guarantees stability and harmony of proportions. The ensemble perfectly expresses the sober elegance of nineteenth-century Central European taste, where Biedermeier linearity merges with the monumentality of the Empire. A pair of great charm, ideal as lounge or sofa-side tables, perfect for classic interiors or antique collections.
