Carpet - 140 cm - 70 cm - Oval Chinese rug

This oval, hand-knotted wool Chinese rug combines soft gray tones with a floral design. With its dimensions of 140 × 70 cm, it is suitable as a decorative accent beside a bed, in front of a dresser, or in a small living corner. An ivory-colored medallion with flowing contours forms the center. Inside, a rosé-colored floral motif adds a warm accent. Further floral arrangements are distributed in pairs in the upper and lower areas of the gray inner field. The gray-blue border follows the oval shape and links flowers with graceful tendrils. Rosé, coral and apricot complement the cool base tone; subdued green and beige leaf motifs complete the color palette. Light fringes border the rug all around and emphasize its contour. This Oriental rug harmonizes especially nicely with light textiles and warm wooden furniture. The oval shape brings soft lines to the interior, while the central medallion and the surrounding ornaments ensure a balanced design.
