Brewed by the legendary Brasserie Cantillon in Brussels, the Lou Pepe Gueuze is a masterpiece of spontaneous fermentation. Unlike the classic Gueuze, this special cuvée blends two-year-old lambics aged exclusively in used wine barrels, enhancing its vinous character, and undergoes secondary bottle fermentation. • Storage: Kept in pristine conditions since purchase: stored in a dark, temperature-controlled, and humidity-regulated professional cellar. • Condition: Excellent fill level.
