Caged ceiling lamp - wrought iron

Hand-forged Wrought Iron Birdcage Pendant Lamp – 48 cm – Unique Craftsmanship Bring a generous dose of character and atmosphere into your interior with this birdcage pendant lamp. This striking, generous fixture is completely hand-made from heavy wrought iron and finished with a beautiful, warm gold/bronze-toned patina. This gives the lamp an authentic, lived-in look with a rugged texture. A special, artisanal detail is the working door that can be opened, and the two nostalgic feed bowls at the bottom of the cage. Inside there is a central light point. When the lamp is lit, the hand-forged grille casts a beautiful graphic shadow play on the walls and ceiling. Specifications Height 48 cm Diameter 32 cm This unique object fits perfectly in an industrial, Hollywood Regency, bohemian, or 'shabby chic' interior and is a guaranteed eye-catcher. In good, working vintage condition with a beautiful, authentic patina. Here and there flaked gold paint, revealing the black wrought iron. Oxidation stains on the feeding bowls. (see photos for an accurate impression of the aesthetic state). Sold without bulb. This lot is carefully packaged and shipped with a tracking code.
