Todas las subastas / Varios / by FH - Table lamp - Brass, Aluminium - Gilded Mythical Creatures
decorative vintage table lamp with an elaborate sculptural composition, featuring two mythical winged creatures arranged symmetrically around the central column. The richly ornamented design and warm golden finish give the piece a distinctive classical character. The base and central supporting column are made of brass. The two sculptural figures are made of aluminium with a gilt finish. The gilding shows visible wear and losses consistent with age and use, revealing the underlying metal in several areas. One of the figures is missing a wing. The original-style textile shade/cover also shows signs of age, including small areas of wear and minor tears to the fabric. These details are clearly documented in the photographs and contribute to the authentic vintage appearance of the piece. The lamp is in working order. Condition: Fair vintage condition with visible signs of age and use, including wear to the gilding, a missing wing on one figure, and wear/tears to the textile shade. Please study the photographs carefully as they form an integral part of the description. Dimensions: 33 × 22 × 17 cm Weight: approx. 2.4 kg Origin: Italy Estimated period: 1940–1950 Shipping: Carefully packed for safe transport.
