ETHICS & KNOW-HOW At NOOS Entomology, we give a second life to specimens from old entomological collections formed before the year 2000. Each butterfly is selected with care, restored meticulously, and artisanally showcased, in respect of its history and uniqueness. Our approach is based on preserving this ancient natural heritage, without breeding new specimens for our creations. These compositions allow insects preserved for decades to regain their place in our interiors, between scientific curiosity and decorative object. SHIPPING To offer controlled shipping costs, orders are shipped to a pickup point or to a locker, depending on the options offered by the carrier and the destination. After your purchase, you can contact me to indicate your preferred pickup point. The final choice will depend on available delivery options. PACKAGING & PROTECTION Protecting our compositions is considered from the design stage. Each globe benefits from a specific preparation aimed at limiting the effects of vibrations and handling during transport. Your order is then carefully packed using protections suited to the fragility of the glass and the specimen. We favor, as far as possible, packaging materials that are reused or recyclable. Shipping costs include this preparation as well as the transport and protections necessary to deliver these particularly delicate objects. Despite all precautions, a transport incident may still occur. In case of a problem on receipt, please keep the packaging and contact us promptly, in accordance with Catawiki's claim procedures. FOR ENTHUSIASTS A piece intended for entomology collectors, natural history enthusiasts, and fans of antique decoration and cabinet of curiosities.
