A stoneware studio pottery vessel of globular form, featuring a wide shoulder and a short, flared rim. The exterior is finished with a heavily textured charcoal and buff glaze, exhibiting a cratered surface and gestural incised marks throughout the body. The base is fitted with a circular cork pad.
