Bri Debernardi - ALTO 70x100cm- XL ABSTRACT

ORIGINAL AND UNIQUE WORK — FULLY HAND-PAINTED This original work by Bri Debernardi is created entirely by hand with acrylic painting on canvas, worked in successive, thick and generous layers. The canvas is a unique composition, rich in depth and texture. Its large format gives it a strong presence: a piece designed to become a true focal point in an interior. ABOUT THE ARTIST Bri Debernardi is a French contemporary painter based in Provence, whose work is distinguished by a strong pictorial identity, remarkable command of color, and sophisticated handling of material and movement. Fed by a life between Europe, South America and Africa, her painting combines the intensity of South American colors with Mediterranean light. Superimpositions, translucencies, scraping and contrasts compose works rich in depth, each detail unique and impossible to reproduce identically. Her work subtly explores the border between balance and rupture, mastery and spontaneity, appearance and disappearance, leaving viewers with considerable interpretive freedom. Her works, notably her large formats with strong visual presence, are exhibited in France and internationally, in Cannes, Rome, Milan, London, and have joined private collections in several countries. Instagram: @brigitte_debernardi PRESENTATION OF THE CANVAS The work is painted beyond the final indicated format to allow mounting on a frame without a frame: once the canvas is stretched, the paint naturally continues onto the sides of the frame. It can thus be presented as is or completed with a frame to suit your interior. Important: the canvas is sold rolled, without stretcher and without frame. The photographs showing the work stretched, framed or installed in an interior are situational images intended to illustrate its presentation. UNDERSTANDING THE DIMENSIONS The dimensions of the shipped canvas are larger than the final format indicated in order to preserve the margin necessary for mounting on a stretcher. Typically, allow about 4 to 7.5 cm of margin on each side, depending on the work’s format. Example: a raw canvas of 145 cm × 145 cm is intended to be mounted on a frame of about 130 × 130 cm, leaving 7.5 cm on each side for proper tension.
