BRETÉCHER (Claire). *Les Frustrés 2*. Paris, self-published, 1976. In-4, paperback, illustrated cover with red border. Second collection of *Les Frustrés*, featuring black-and-white comic strips, preceded by a preface by Jean Daniel. Printed in Spain by Mohn-Eridé, on the presses of Printer Industria Gráfica. Legal deposit: B. 42959-1976, fourth quarter. ISBN: 2-901076-03-5. Printed in 1976, the year of the volume’s publication. A satire on the behaviors, discourse, and contradictions of the intellectual bourgeoisie—a hallmark of Bretécher’s work. Cover is slightly scuffed; the cream-colored background is slightly yellowed. Pages are clean, with a small marginal crease on the title page. A good copy.
