The work translates a daily reality into a visual language of repetition and rhythm. Central to the piece is the tension between control and temptation, two forces that constantly vie for priority. Each work consists of a box filled with insulin syringes, hand-arranged into a pattern on a wooden substrate. Placement requires patience and precision; the resulting repetition evokes the routines that structure a life, whether diabetes is involved or not.
