Important Venetian Bocca delle Denunce (Complaint Box) made of marble, designed as a public mailbox for the confidential filing of complaints. According to the information provided, this piece was specifically intended to report health violations, such as concealed infections, breaches of quarantine, or the hiding of sick individuals during epidemics. The Latin inscription remains clearly legible and is essential for identifying its original function. The piece has balanced proportions, a solid volume, and a format suitable for both architectural installation and wall display.
