Rare and exclusive: This prestige multi-game box is a non-commercial collectible piece. It was produced by Maison Hamon (famous parurier and supplier to Parisian haute couture since 1945) in a limited edition. This exemplar was offered exclusively to leather goods artisans of an excellence workshop working for one of the largest French luxury houses, on the occasion of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. Details of the box: • Reversible boards: One side Checkers and one side Backgammon. Both are fully clad in genuine two-tone leather (blue de France and opéra red) with a high-end leathercraft finish. • Collection dice: Set of 4 solid metal dice (2 gold finishes, 2 silver) whose pips are set with sparkling crystals. • Pawns and accessories: 30 plastic game tokens, individually clad in leather. • Presentation case: Luxurious rigid box clad in black leather, interior in protective black suede/velour. Documentation included: The box contains the collection volume "Au Cœur du Jeu". This illustrated booklet explores the history of Olympism, the game, and presents the noble materials used by the artisans (Gold, Silk, Crystal, Leather). It also contains an illustrated collector card "Paris 2024". State: New, never used.
