HIGHLIGHTS: • No Reserve Price • 1.9 liter 16V engine with automatic transmission • Original color "BMW Hellrot" with included hardtop • Valid APK until May 28, 2027 HISTORY/OVERVIEW: The BMW Z3 Roadster, introduced in the latter half of the 1990s and built in Spartanburg (USA), became an instant icon with its classic roadster proportions featuring a long hood and short rear end. This particular example is a 1.9 liter 16V version from 1998 with an automatic transmission. The car arrived in 2021 via the USA and Ireland to the Netherlands with the previous owner and has Dutch registration. BODY/PAINT: The car is finished in the original color "BMW Hellrot." After 28 years the body shows some normal signs of use but generally looks fine. The black soft top is manually operated, works smoothly and easily, and is in good used condition. The depicted hardtop is included. INTERIOR: The interior is very well maintained. The car is equipped with a leather BMW airbag steering wheel and neat door panels. The power-adjustable seats have a small amount of play, which is a known characteristic of the Z3. ENGINE AND MECHANICS: The vehicle is well maintained and starts promptly, with no dashboard warning lights staying on. There is a maintenance invoice available for inspection. The air conditioning works well. The car sits on nice alloy wheels with good tires. The installed radio with remote control has not been tested for operation. DOCUMENTS: The vehicle has Dutch registration and a valid APK (MOT) until May 28, 2027. A maintenance invoice is available for inspection. For an additional €50 the car can be delivered with EU export documents for easy registration abroad. If desired, for an additional €70 a CVO/COC (certificate of conformity) is also available. The car is available for viewing and pickup in Hengevelde, Netherlands. Transport within the Netherlands (excluding the Wadden Islands) is possible for an additional fee. For international buyers, the seller can arrange, in consultation with a professional carrier, relatively affordable transport within the entire EU.
