Original work by Bernard Aubertin, created in 2010 and belonging to the Collatéral series. The composition features spatters of gold and silver color distributed on the light background of the cardboard. The alternation between thin layers and deposits of more substantial color creates a surface rich in relief, in which light highlights the traces of the gesture and the metallic reflections. The wide open spaces enhance each painting intervention, giving rhythm and balance to the composition. The work is presented in a white frame, which accompanies its light tones and enhances the contrast with the metallic fields.
