Beatles - Magical Mystery Tour - Complete USA Press with Booklet - LP - 1971

An attractive United States pressing of The Beatles' masterpiece "Magical Mystery Tour" on the iconic Apple Records label (Catalog number: SMAL-2835). This specific copy is a highly documented 1970s reissue variant, pressed at the famous Capitol Records Winchester, Virginia plant, easily identifiable by the distinctive Winchester rifle mark —◁ etched into the run-out grooves. Release Details: • Label: Apple Records (Full green apple on Side 1 / Sliced apple on Side 2) with "Mfd. by Apple Records, Inc." text. • Pressing Plant: Capitol Records, Winchester Plant (—◁ in deadwax) • Audio: Stereo • Special Feature: Includes the original integrated 24-page full-color picture booklet inside the gatefold sleeve. Matrix / Runout Information: • Matrix Side 1 (Etched): SMAL-1-2835-F33 —◁ • Matrix Side 2 (Etched): SMAL-2-2835-J35 —◁ (Note: The handwritten 'J' in J35 heavily resembles '535', which is a well-known characteristic of this specific Ken Perry lacquer cut variation). Condition Report: • Vinyl: EX (Excellent) The vinyl is in beautiful, clean condition with a brilliant gloss. Shows very minimal, harmless signs of handling under direct light. Playback is clean, smooth, and enjoyable with excellent sound dynamics. Labels are pristine without spindle wear. • Sleeve & Booklet: VG+ (Very Good Plus) The gatefold jacket is structurally solid and presentable with clean seams, a legible spine, and minimal edge wear. Important Note regarding the Booklet: The 24-page booklet is 100% complete with no missing pages and remains clean and vivid. However, due to the natural aging of the heavy paper and staples (a common flaw for this release), the center page has separated from the binding staples. Otherwise, the gatefold is in great shape.
