A very attractive example of the second UK stereo pressing of Beatles For Sale on the classic yellow and black Parlophone label (PCS 3062). This 1965 pressing is identified by the later "The Gramophone Co. Ltd." rim text, while importantly still retaining the original -1 / -1 stereo matrices used for the earliest UK issues. A beautiful early stereo Beatles LP in strong overall condition. ⸻ Sleeve (VG+): A very attractive original gatefold sleeve. The laminated exterior retains a beautiful original shine and presents extremely well overall. The spine remains fully readable and well preserved. There is some age-related staining visible to the sleeve, which prevents a higher grade, but the overall presentation remains very strong. The gatefold construction is clean and attractive, with the laminated surfaces retaining much of their original freshness → VG+ Vinyl (VG+): The vinyl retains a very nice gloss on both sides. There are some fine hairlines and light evidence of previous play, but nothing excessive. Side 2 has one longer visible superficial mark, which is completely non-feelable.
