Ballantine's Finest Scotch Whisky – Vintage Italian Bottlings – 75cl, 1 Litre & 70cl – 3 Bottles A collection of three vintage bottles of Ballantine's Finest Scotch Whisky, produced and bottled in Scotland by George Ballantine & Son Limited and imported into Italy by Spirit S.p.A., Genoa. The lot consists of three bottles in different formats: - 1 x 75cl – 40% vol. - 1 x 1 litre – 40% vol. - 1 x 70cl – 40% vol. All three bottles feature the distinctive historic Ballantine's Finest design, with the traditional cream-coloured labels, red Ballantine's seal and characteristic neck labels referring to the Royal Appointments. The bottles were imported for the Italian market and retain their original Italian tax strips. The different bottle formats, historic labels and original closures make this an interesting collection for collectors of vintage Ballantine's and historic Scotch whisky bottlings. The exact bottling years cannot be established with certainty from the labels and tax strips alone. For this reason, the bottles are described as vintage/old bottlings rather than being assigned a specific year.
