It is an extraordinary jacquard fabric in 100% pure silk, an expression of Como textile excellence. The fabric stands out for a refined tone-on-tone spotted pattern, declinated in a bright cream/ivory nuance, where the animalier design is not printed but finely woven directly into the weave. The alternating treatment between satin-like areas and more opaque zones responds to the movement of the fabric, making the spotted pattern emerge with shimmering, ever-changing glints that are never invasive. Weighing about 84 g/m² (510 g spread over nearly 5 meters), the fabric has an ideal body: sturdy enough to support structured shapes, yet it drapes with a fluid, liquid, and pleasantly cool-to-the-touch fall. The surface shows a very slight crease that adds visual depth, three-dimensionality, and a rich, luxurious tactile feel.
