Refined Centerpiece "a Conchiglia" in Iridized Submerged Glass - Barovier & Toso, 1950s Elegant sculptural centerpiece in heavy glass, molded in a nautilus shell form, created by the historic Murano glassworks Barovier & Toso in the 1950s. The piece is a fine example of Muranese glassmaking mastery of the era: made with the heavy glass technique, it features a striking iridized surface that refracts light, creating vibrant iridescent shades and iridescent metallic reflections with opaline and iridescent tones. The fluid, enveloping line enhances the purity of the material and the complexity of hot-work. A classy decorative accessory, ideal for collectors of 20th-century art glass and to elevate refined interiors.
