Detailed cartography of the Far East and Southeast Asia, from Siberia to the north of Australia, including China, Korea, Japan, Indochina, the Philippines and the Indonesian archipelago. Coloring distinguishing European colonial possessions; indication of railways, telegraph lines, submarine cables and ocean-liner routes. Explanatory table of Asian geographic terms. Representative whole of French commercial and political cartography at the end of the 19th century. Colors well preserved; foxing on the recto, more pronounced on the canvas verso, old label missing; case very worn with splits and losses.
