Armchair (3) - Wood, Leather

An iconic Italian living-room set in full Space Age style of the 1970s. The set includes two lounge armchairs and a coordinating central coffee table. Characterized by a vibrant glossy orange frame, this living room beautifully captures the bold, experimental optimism of late 20th‑century Italian design. The chairs feature deep, ergonomic seating cushions and curved backs upholstered in elegant black faux leather (skai), complemented by sculpted wooden armrests and cylindrical brass details. The pedestal coffee table completes the ensemble with a coordinated orange round top, resting on a black stem and a sturdy brushed-metal base, creating a perfect arrangement for conversation. An exceptional piece with high collectible value, ideal for adding an authentic touch of Italian pop design to any modern, high-end space. Dimensions: Armchairs: Height 68 cm | Width 69 cm | Depth 60 cm Table: Diameter 65 cm | Height 47 cm Signs of wear: The set is in good structural condition and generally preserves vintage authenticity. For full transparency, the following age-related specific flaws are noted: Armchair 1: One structural bolt missing on one of the armrests. Armchair 2: There are two fine cracks (weave lines) visible near the base of the seating area (as documented in the final detailed photograph). General: The set shows light and normal superficial scratches, a slight patina on the metal bases, and authentic signs of aesthetic wear consistent with age and regular use over the decades. Please view the photos carefully, as they are an integral part of the item description.
