Beautiful and rare antique German character doll with a bisque porcelain head from the renowned doll region Koppelsdorf (Thuringia). On the back of the head/neck the doll is clearly marked with "Koppelsdorf D.R.G.M.". *Face: Expressive character face with blue sleep eyes, painted eyelashes, distinctive eyebrows and an open mouth. *Hands & Body: On one hand the tip of a finger is missing (see detail photo). *Kleidung: The doll wears a charming antique outfit consisting of a dress with lace appliqués, matching cap, undergarments, socks, and small shoes.
