The head has been thoroughly checked and has NO hairlines (cracks), chips, or restorations. Eyes: The doll is equipped with original glass sleep eyes. The internal suspension system (the little weight) has currently come loose, causing the eyes to need to be manually repositioned/hung to make the sleep mechanism (open and close) function again. All original parts for this are, however, complete and present in the head. For a collector or doll doctor, this is likely a simple, small repair. the eyes are now loose. Body & Clothing: The composition body shows normal, light signs of aging consistent with its age (see photos). Elastics are present. A beautiful, honest object with great potential for the serious collector!
