Please make sure you have an EU shipping address before bidding. - A Roman stele is a tall, upright stone slab or pillar carved with reliefs, portraits, or text, used primarily as a funerary monument to commemorate the dead during the Roman Empire. Stelae were placed along roadsides just outside city walls rather than inside enclosed cemeteries.
