Ancient Roman, Empire Glass Elongated bottle with a conical body. - 122 mm

Small translucent pale bluish-green glass bottle, blown on the spot, with an elongated conical body and a rounded base. It is topped by a long cylindrical neck narrowing toward the top and ending with a flared mouth whose edge, lipped, is irregularly folded inward. The base bears the pontil mark, accompanied by a small nick that may result from its removal or from later damage.
