Analogue telephone - rotating cylindrical disk - Brass

Desk vintage brass telephone with dial disc and ivory-colored handset Fascinating vintage tabletop telephone with strong decorative character, made with a brass-colored metal body and chrome metallic details, completed by ivory-toned elements and handset. The design echoes the forms of early 20th-century classic telephones, with a cylindrical base, a shaped upper support, and a traditional front rotary dial with numbers and letters. The brass surface bears a beautiful natural patina, with oxidations, color variations and signs of time that give the object an authentically lived look and a particularly decorative appearance. The handset is connected by a coiled cable and features metal elements coordinated with the main body. Also present is the wiring with the characteristic old three-pin telephone plug. An impressive and unusual piece, ideal for vintage telephone collectors, retro, eclectic or industrial interiors, or as a decorative element for a Wunderkammer, a study, a shop, or a modernity collection. Dimensions: Height: about 30 cm Base diameter: about 16 cm Handset: about 24 × 7 × 12 cm Weight: about 1.5 kg Conditions: In vintage condition, with evident signs of time, patina, oxidations and small traces of use consistent with the object's age. Cables and plastic parts show normal yellowing and wear. The brass has not been polished or treated, to preserve the patina and signs of time; the future owner can freely decide whether to keep it in its current state or proceed to polishing. The telephone operation is not guaranteed or tested on modern lines and the object is offered mainly as a vintage collectible and decorative piece. The photographs are an integral part of the description and show in detail the object's condition.
