6 Early XXth Century linen damask napkins with hand embroidered A.J

Set of Six Damask Linen Napkins with Hand-Embroidered Initials A set of six elegant white damask linen napkins, each hand embroidered with the initials "A.J." positioned within a distinctive geometric motif reminiscent of a Greek Key design. The central monogram is complemented by a larger repetition of the same Greek Key-inspired pattern elsewhere on each napkin. Surrounding the geometric decoration is an elaborate garland of open roses, woven into the damask fabric, which extends across the entire napkin. As the initials are hand embroidered each napkin is just that slightly different which makes them individual. The combination of intricate floral damask weaving and finely executed hand embroidery makes these napkins an attractive example of traditional fine linen tableware.
