The term “Sobre Lías” (aged on lees) means the wine remains in contact with its natural yeasts after fermentation, adding extra depth, a smoother texture, and greater aromatic complexity. In the glass, it shows a bright pale yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose offers fresh aromas of white fruit, citrus notes, Mediterranean herbs, and subtle mineral hints. On the palate, it is fresh and well-balanced, with good structure, a creamy touch from the lees aging, and a long, elegant finish.
