Guilbert trained at houses such as Haut‑Brion, De Montille, and Clos de Lambrays, and in a few years he has become one of the most sought-after producers in Burgundy. Les Peuillets, 1er Cru Originating from one of the most characterful premier crus in Savigny, Les Peuillets sits on the border with Beaune, on clay-limestone, pebble-strewn, well-drained soils with a higher proportion of gravel and sand: soils that give Pinot a combination of aromatic finesse and a delicate structure.
